Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts - Stage II
Orlando, FL
In the Spring of 2015, The Projects Group provided Owner’s Representation services for the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts Phase II.
The project included a 1,700-seat, multi-form, acoustic theater with the flexibility to transform its shape and acoustics to suit opera, ballet, symphonic music, and non-traditional art forms. A unique feature of the project is the cassette enclosing the audience chamber. Also, the orchestra floor rotates to create a flat floor to enhance program opportunities for the facility.
